Harrogate IPC Policies for General Practice
This document contains links to a number of Harrogate and District NHS Trust IPC policies that you may find useful when creating/updating your own GP practices IPC policy.
The policies have been produced specifically by the Community IPC Team for General Practice; to help your organisation with CQC requirements and achieve compliance with The Health and Social Care Act 2008: Code of Practice on the prevention and control of infections and related guidance.
Please be advised that if using these policies, you must ensure that the policies are appropriately adapted for the practice’s own use, have an internal ratification process and review date and must include the practice name.
