East of England Regional Talent and Leadership Development Team would like to invite you to join the East of England Collaborative futures site for Leadership, Management and System Transformation. For all leaders and managers in care and health we hope that this provides access to a range of development resources, signposts you to links for information and opportunities with a variety of topics together with information about access to the Leadership Learning zone, the Career resources portal, the Line Managers resources guide, how to access Coaching or Mentoring, the Inspiration Library and a range of bite size leadership development programmes. 

Please use this interactive site to network with colleagues, pose questions, request information or advice from colleagues, share experiences, knowledge and expertise working collaboratively together to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalites for the population we serve.

When you're registered you can set your preferences to whether you receive a weekly notification from the site for new content or visit as and when you want to, and we hope that this will be a futures site that you want to revisit
