Hertfordshire and west Essex Health and Care Academy Careers Expo
Exciting news our ICS Academy ‘Careers in health and social care’ expo is taking place in Harlow for the first time
This year as part of the event, we would like to extend the hours for students to come along with parent and members of the public looking for career change and opportunities. To get the most out of the event and manage numbers we will be offering a school and college session between 930-3pm, these being 930-12 and then 1230-3pm. We would also like to offer an open event for parents and students from other schools and members of the public from 330-5pm. You will be able to set up from 830am.
Like previous events we ask for the stalls to include interactive, inspirational activities, information leaflets/booklets and if possible, demonstrations to help young people visually bridge the gap between what they enjoy doing and what they could potentially do as a career. This event gives the opportunity for students aged 14-21 to come along and speak with you and others about the different careers and routes into a clinical and non-clinical career in health and social care.
