• Complete the updated eLearning module: Introduction to Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing which is free and available for all professionals working with children and young people in Hertfordshire.

• Read a case study from Hertfordshire’s early help services providers for eating/body image difficulties: First Steps ED. Their support helped a young person who had previously been struggling to eat or even drink water in public, to enjoy their mum’s birthday meal.
