The 7 questions planning model - 04 - 05 March 2026, 09:00 - 17:00

This 2 day course uses the 7 questions British Military tool used to plan and strategise.  This is a great session to join with other members of your team and will give you opportunity to focus on a real life issue relevant to you.  We are in a time of change in the health system and this course is great for planning as a practice, a PCN or an INT. 

This innovative programme is delivered by Moonraker Innovation a team of ex-military leadership experts. The focus is on leadership on the first day and planning skills on the second.

The military invests heavily in educating its officers in leadership theory and then they get a chance to test those leadership theories under challenging circumstances.

Moonraker innovation have created a really packed programme that’s a blend of some classics and some military approaches that you may not have seen before.

This programme was greatly successful and has received excellent feedback from across HWE and NW London ICB.

How to apply for funding and apply for this course

The Training Hub will review and respond to your funding request. If funding is approved, it will be your responsibility to book your place on the course you wish to attend, we will provide the instructions to do this. Applications will be reviewed in order of the course date (soonest courses first) and date received. If you have any questions, please contact us at hwetraininghub@nhs.net.

Please note, you will need to send us your booking confirmation within 1 week of your funding being approved as places are limited. Failure to do this will result in your funding being withdrawn and you will need to reapply.

The approximate course per delegate is: £600

If your funding request is approved the Training Hub will cover the full cost of this course.
