It is for you if you are in a leadership role with responsibilities for people and services, and able to relate what you learn to your workplace.

Attendees must commit to attend ALL parts of the programme, have the availability to dedicate a minimum of five hours a week to study and complete the online self-directed learning in order to fully complete the programme, which will lead to an NHS Leadership Academy Award in Healthcare Leadership.
