The Health and Care Academy
The aim of the Health and Care Academy is to create and develop a workforce that delivers the best possible care for our community.
The Academy aims to raise the aspirations of young people and attract the brightest talent to work within Hertfordshire and west Essex, support and develop our own staff and create the next generation of leaders – the Academy’s mission is to create the ‘one workforce’ at the heart of our workforce strategy.
The Academy is a collaboration of health and care organisations across Hertfordshire and West Essex, using an innovative approach including digital and social media.
