Succession Planning

Succession planning is a process carried out to minimise disruption to services and to preserve sustainability, in both large and small organisations around the world. It focuses on identifying and growing talent to fill leadership and business critical roles, by exploring the relationship between ‘growing your own’ and the need to recruit externally.
